Puerto Rico: June 1–8We have an opportunity to partner with Pastor Andrés Laracuente who is planting Iglesia Bíblica Metro in his hometown of Carolina, Puerto Rico. Currently, there are only around 70 Baptist churches to serve the nearly 3 million people of the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico. Pastor Andres is planting the first Baptist church to reach the people of Carolina. This city is home to 200,000 Puerto Ricans and is a part of the greater San Juan capital region which is home to approximately 1.5 million people.
On our first trip, we will have the opportunity to serve the police force, the fire department, the children and the broader community of Carolina as we stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Pastor Andres and his church family as they serve in Jesus' Name.
