Business meeting: Proceed with Phase 1?

Church Family,

As you know, we have an important business meeting tomorrow (Sunday, Feb 15) at 5PM in the gym. In addition to deciding if now is the right time to proceed with Phase 1 renovations, we will also hear from the Missions and Community Team about an upcoming opportunity to serve in Guatemala (this summer and, likely, in years to come).

In a previous post, I provided several documents from the Phase 1 renovation process to this point. We have completed a Master Planning process with Visioneering Studios, Schematic Drawings for Phase 1, and, now Design Development Drawings. The next step in the process is to proceed with construction drawings, permitting, and doing the actual work in the building. Also, before the major renovation work begins, we have a plan to prepare spaces in the church for existing adult 3D groups to move into without interrupting our 3D ministry. 

Below, I have posted a series of motions we plan to consider. Thank you, and let's continue to pray and ask the Lord to keep leading us forward for His glory and the good of many more who will trust Him.
